Request an appointment
Your urologic needs matter to us. At Florida Urology Physicians, we strive to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible. These visits are usually arranged by your provider, and if we determine that your condition requires more immediate or advanced care, we’ll guide you to the nearest urgent care or emergency room. Above all, our priority is ensuring you receive the right care for your health and safety.
Appointment information
If your scheduled appointment feels too far out for your condition, please ask to speak with a supervisor so we can reassess and adjust if needed. If your insurance requires a referral or authorization, it must be obtained from your primary care provider before your visit—our team will assist when possible, but it remains your responsibility. While we work to stay on schedule, unexpected delays may occur due to emergencies or urgent care needs. We appreciate your patience and understanding if you're asked to wait or if another patient is seen ahead of you.
To facilitate your appointment, we kindly ask you to download and complete the New Patient Paperwork prior to your appointment. You can download the form by clicking the New Patient Paperwork button below. Remember to bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
